We arrive an hour before your event begins to set up a tray full of ice, lemons, cocktail sauce, horseradish, locally-sourced hot sauces, mignonette (made fresh using local ingredients), and everything needed to shuck and serve your guests.  You may choose a combination of local oysters and clams or oysters only.  Contact directly for more information and pricing.
